Scheduled for Q1 2024, these enhancements are designed to provide a more guided approach to help members when making decisions regarding their insured’s damages and will include the following:
- More clarity will be added to the E-Subro Hub application, which includes additional messaging and tips aimed to help members more quickly and efficiently resolve their demands.
- The notion of remaining balance will be implemented into E-Subro Hub demands, reducing the potential for overpayments.
- The frequency that users are handling the same demand will be reduced and/or eliminated.
