While arbitrators regularly comment on the evidence that influenced their decision, TRS offers the ability to embed evidence directly into liability and/or damages arguments to require a comment.  

When using the embed evidence feature: 

• Limit its use to one or two key evidence items. Embedding too many evidence items defeats the purpose of emphasizing those items that are most important to proving your liability or damages position.
• Ensure the embedded evidence is tied to a specific argument.
• Indicate the page number where the key content appears, if applicable. This will allow the arbitrator to open the evidence at the specified location.
