Revisions to AF’s Reference Guide

AF has made revisions to the following page of the Reference Guide:
  • Article Second (subsection d): A statement was added to address reimbursement from the award proceeds provided that the total award exceeds the appliable policy limits (p. 19, second paragraph).

Reminder: Changes to the Filing Fee Schedule, Effective July 1, 2026
Beginning July 1, 2026, the fee for arbitration filings will increase $8 per filing for members. Subsequently, in January 2027, the fee will further increase $10 per filing for members.
