Revisions to the Reference Guide

AF has made the following revisions to the Reference Guide.
  • Impleading: Clarification on concurrent coverage filings and non-signatories was added to Rule 1-4 (p. 37).
  • Responding Process: An exception was added regarding the response due date when total vehicle losses are involved (p. 39).

Reminder: Changes to the Filing Fee Schedule, Effective July 1, 2026
Beginning July 1, 2026, the fee for arbitration filings will increase $8 per filing for members. Subsequently, in January 2027, the fee will further increase $10 per filing for members.
